5. Intellectual Property

All content and technology of Laila are the exclusive property of the brand. Use of the service grants a temporary and limited license, not ownership of the software.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for third-party failures (ISP/Cloud) or for inaccuracies in the responses generated by the AI, which depend on the bot's training and configuration.

7. Google Analytics and Privacy

Use of the site implies acceptance of our Privacy Policy and the processing of anonymous statistical data via Google Analytics for service optimization.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes take effect upon publication on the site.

9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
